Every year, the city hosts a FREE environmental festival at the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead, 138th and Switzer.

Children and adults get to participate in hands-on educational activities while learning more about the environment (and animals).

Exhibits/activities and booths are set up along the main walking path of the Farmstead.

Last year, more than 2,500 children and adults attended this environmental festival to learn what the city is doing to help the environment and what residents can do to protect water, air quality and natural resources.
