Herb Classes
6 classes, ending in September
10 a.m. to noon

Prior classes on Herbs were so well received, we will be offering a six class syllabus. You may select all or part, depending on your interests. The classes will be taught by Lenora Wuattoux-Ray, a native New Yorker who learned about herbs from her Bahamian grandmother. She has a master's degree from Columbia University where she developed her interest in science and the effects of chemicals in our bodies. She has been in the herb industry for 45 years where she has educated many companies internationally in the medicinal uses of herbs. Her classes are amusing, including both the folklore and science of herbs.
