The City of Overland Park is committed to getting you to your destination quickly and safely.

In our efforts to do this, we have created an interactive road closure map to help you determine your best route when traveling in Overland Park.

The map lists all closures within the city that last longer than 24 hours. "Closures" include lane reductions and full street/thoroughfare closures.

How to use the map

The map is defaulted to show the entire city; however, you can select a quadrant or a specific region of the city for a quicker look at closures that directly impact you:

Once on the map, click the colored line and for more information.

Information about the project you selected will appear in the "Project Info" box:

You may need to scroll to read all of the information about a particular project.

To check on a specific closure, find the project below. It will link you to the interactive road closure map.
