The bridge on 95th Street between Foster and Metcalf will be replaced this summer as part of the 2008 Capital Improvements Program.

The project includes the reconstruction of the bridge under 95th Street as well as the street, curbs, median and sidewalk on 95th Street.

The bridge is deteriorating and in need of replacement.

Construction is scheduled to start this summer. 95th Street will be closed for seven days between July 14-20, weather permitting, while the bridge is replaced. After that, the road will be reopened to two lanes of traffic in each direction.

The project should be finished in October, 2008.
