The Hershey's Track & Field Program was created more than 30 years ago to promote youth physical fitness and provide fun learning experiences for children, ages 9 to 14.
Locally, the Hershey Games start at the Johnson County Meet May 31 in Olathe (open to ages 6-14). From there, the top qualifiers, ages 9-14, in each event advance to the Kansas State Meet June 20-21 in Overland Park.
State winners may have the opportunity to compete in the North American Finals July 31 to Aug. 3 in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
