There are three convenient ways to register for swim lessons. Your email address, client number and pin number are important in all methods of registering.
Registration will continue until the Thursday prior to the class session's first day.
- E-Connect Web site:
There are instructions on the opening page. You will need the client number of the participant and a PIN number to log onto the system. You may view courses and openings available in each class without logging into the system by clicking on "Activities."
When viewing or registering for classes, it is helpful to search using the program number since there are six pools, nine swim levels and hundreds of courses offered.
Payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa or Discover. After completing your registration, print a receipt copy for your records. If you have any problems with this process or need to add or delete family members from your account, call 913/895-6390.
- Mail-in instructions:
You may register by completing and signing the registration form (.pdf file) with full payment of fees accompanying the completed form. Payment can be made with a major credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or a check payable to the City of Overland Park.- Each check or credit card payment will be processed upon receipt. However, receipt of payment does not guarantee registration if the class has already been filled.
- Mail-in registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.

- Walk in registration:
Walk-in registrations will only be available at our six pool locations during normal operating hours. Waiting for walk-in registration may lead to classes being filled or long lines at the pools.

NOTE: There is a $5 processing fee per child, per class, for all changes and cancellations once registration has taken place.
