If you’re looking for a work-out that will help you stay fit, lose weight or get back into shape, we’ve got what you’re looking for.
The fitness track circles the fitness floor and overlooks the gymnasiums.
There are two lanes for walking and one lane for jogging (10 laps = 1 mile). Signs above the track indicate which direction to move for the day.
For those wanting to lift weights and/or do cardio, the equipment on the fitness floor is state-of-the-art. Cardio, circuit and free weights are divided into groupings along the back wall of the fitness floor for privacy. Lifetime Circuit Training Equipment includes:
- Chest Press, pull down, shoulder press, chest fly, tricep press, bicep curl, calf extension, leg press, leg curl, leg extension, hip adduction, hip abduction, back extension, abdominal curl and back row
In addition, there are 12 treadmills and ellipticals, eight bicycles, two steppers, one rower and one hand bike.
The fitness floor overlooks the natatorium (pools) through a glass wall. Eight flat panel televisions are located above these windows.
For your convenience, fitness offices, a storage area and unisex restroom are located directly off the fitness floor. Just to the east of the room is a verdana with tables and chairs for relaxation after your hard work-out.
The fitness area has all the capabilities for a beginner, yet all the amenities necessary for a veteran.
