The Automated Tee Time Reservation System (TTRS) is a no-fee system that provides a quick and easy way to reserve, confirm or cancel tee time reservations, seven days a week.
The system is not available between 8:30 and 9 p.m. each day
Members can either dial the TTRS hotline number at 913/341-8100 (using a touch-tone phone) or make a tee time reservation online.
You will have a choice of five courses:
- St. Andrews Golf Club, ride or walk
- Overland Park South to North, ride or walk
- Overland Park North to West, must ride West 9
- Overland Park West to South, must ride West 9
- Overland Park Golf Club Par-3, ride or walk
* Customers may request back to back tee times on the Westlinks course only

Making a Tee Time:
Tee times are released to golfers at 9 p.m. for the following week.
Patron Members: May make reservations, free of charge, up to seven days in advance.
Non-Patron Golfers: May use the Tee Time Reservation System up to six days in advance.
Tee Time Opportunities for Patrons and Non-Patrons:
Day of Play Tee Times: The golf courses often have open times available on the day of play. These open times are times that were available for booking through the TTRS but were not selected by customers. These times may be secured by telephoning the golf shop or by appearing in person at the golf course. When a person calls on the telephone to reserve these tee times, they are asked to provide a telephone number. We require this information to guard against the possibility of a no show.
Any alterations to tee times must be made 48 hours in advance of the tee time through the TTRS or at any time through the golf shops.
NOTE: During the nine-hole only times at St. Andrews or during the third wave at Overland Park is when the Twilight rate is in effect and players are only guaranteed nine holes. The second nine is on a space available basis only. Carts for the second nine are $6.50 per rider.
