statistics
St. Andrews is an 18-hole course that is well-balanced and challenging for both beginners and scratch golfers.
For the second time in three years, St. Andrews has undergone major improvements to the course.
In 2005, St. Andrews was closed for a $1.5 million greens reconstruction project. Subtle contours and elevation changes in each green gives golfers a fresh new look at the course every time they play.
In the fall of 2007, six new holes were built to replace the existing first six holes. This was done to make room for a soccer park at 135th and Switzer.
The new holes raise the quality of the course with tree-lined fairways and a look similar to one you'd fine at golf courses in the Ozarks.
Without exception, all golfers who have seen the "new" course are very excited about the improvements.
The greens were rebuilt to USGA specifications.
