The neighborhood is located just north of downtown Overland Park, from 75th to 79th streets, between Metcalf and Lowell. Map it!
Strang Line is named after the Strang Inter-Urban Rail.
Neighborhood residents were involved in providing input for the Downtown Master Plan to ensure improved pedestrian linkages between residential and commercial areas. They successfully petitioned for and received traffic calming circles installed throughout the neighborhood. The result has been a quieter, safer and more attractive neighborhood.
