The city’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a five-year plan to forecast future public improvements and facilities in the city and to provide provide data concerning infrastructure, facility and large equipment needs, costs, timing, funding sources and budget impacts and alternatives.
The CIP also identifies:
- The expected beginning and ending date of each project
- The amount to be expended in each year
- The method of financing those expenditures.
