The city responds to and removes graffiti on public property. Graffiti involving gangs, racial or ethnic material is given the highest priority and is removed or covered within 48 to 72 hours.

For graffiti in a city park, please call 913/327-6630 or e-mail oppr@opkansas.org.

Graffiti problems at other public locations can be reported in two ways:

1. E-mail PublicWorksMaintenance@opkansas.org with a description of the location of the problem and any other pertinent information. Please include your name and home phone number for our records.
2. Call our Maintenance Division 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 913/327-6650.

If the graffiti occurred on private or residential property, it is the property owner's responsibility to have it removed. To make a police report about private property damage, call 913/327-6855.
