The Adobe® PDF version of the municipal code is an exact replica of the official version of the municipal code housed in the office of the City Clerk and so, although it is not the official municipal code, for all intents and purposes it can be treated, printed and used as such. You will need to download Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ 4.0 or higher in order to use it.

In addition, the Adobe® PDF version of the code serves as the non-frames version offered by the City for use by the visually impaired. Adobe® provides a set of free tools that allow visually impaired users to read documents in Adobe® PDF format. These tools convert PDF documents into either HTML or ASCII text which can then be read by many screen reading programs. Click here to learn more.

The table of contents of the titles and chapters of the municipal code provides links to the pages of the code where those titles and chapters begin. Click on the links. The titles and chapters can then be browsed and the individual pages of the code can be printed one at a time or in series. Version 4.0 or later browsers are recommended. Eventually, the table of contents will expand down to the section level.
