The city offers two online versions of its Municipal Code for public use. Please read the instructions on their use.
Normally, updates are made the day of publication of the code revisions passed by the City Council.
The City of Overland Park shall not be liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions or untimeliness of the information contained in either online version. For the official version of the Overland Park Municipal Code, please refer to the printed copy housed in the Office of the City Clerk.
