This board is entrusted with investment and disbursement of the Municipal Employees Pension Plan assets, a defined contribution plan for civilian employees.

The board is tasked with ensuring that a diversified set of investment options are offered to the participants, that MEPP conforms to IRS regulations and that participants are assured of receiving their vested portion on retirement/termination.

It meets the second Tuesday of the second month of every quarter (February, May, August, November) in Conference Room 1 of City Hall, 8500 Santa Fe Drive (map), at 3 p.m.

The schedule is decided for the succeeding year during the last board meeting of each year.
