1. Agreement – Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, City of Olathe and City of Shawnee for the joint application of a Department of Justice Grant in the amount of $100,529 for further development of video surveillance capability;
2. Agreement – Intergraph Corporation to provide maintenance for the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS) and Mobile Data Comuters (MDC) for a two-year period of time in the amount of $426,632, to be paid by user agencies;
3. Waive bid process and authorization to negotiate purchase with GSA Advantage for the purchase of Misonix Evidence Drying Cabinet in the amount of $13,264.25 plus shipping costs;
4. Waive bid process and authorization to negotiate purchase with Automated Business Systems using Kansas State purchasing contract for the purchase of property room shelving in the amount of $279,485.50.
