- Approved the agreement with McCowanGordon Construction, L.L.C., for the remodel of the Antioch Justice Center, Sanders Justice Center, Tomahawk Ridge Community Center and the Municipal Court security building addition for a fee of $78,323.
- Approved authorization to settle a claim with Ms. Cindy Billings in an amount not to exceed $13,500, which involved damage to her automobile based on some issues related to traffic control.
