Approved Ordinance No. B-2608, authorizing the issuance and delivery of $34,885,000 principal amount of Internal Improvement Bonds, Series 2006A, of the City, for the purpose of providing funds to pay the costs of certain improvements, prescribing the form and details of the Series 2006A Bonds, and providing for the levy and collection of an annual tax for the purpose of paying the principal of and interest on the Series 2006A Bonds as they become due.
Approved Ordinance No. B-2609, authorizing the issuance and delivery of not to materially exceed $45,135,000 Internal Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 2006B, of the City, for the purpose of providing funds to pay the costs of refunding certain outstanding Internal Improvement Bonds of the City; prescribing the form and details of the Series 2006B Bonds, and providing for the levy and collection of an annual tax for the purpose of paying the principal of and interest on the Series 2006B Bonds as they become due.
Approved the following Planning Commission consent agenda items:
1. Special Event Permit No. 2006-93, 7126 West 80th Street, to allow “Pickin on the Patio” on Monday nights between Memorial Day and Labor Day at Homer’s Coffee House;
