1. Resolution No. 3401 – Directing the City Clerk to provide public notice of the public hearing to consider the proposed assessments for the installation of storm sewer pipe and necessary appurtenances to improve an earthen ditch in the vicinity of 67th Street and Walmer (I.D. No. 02-189);
2. Resolution No. 3402 – Directing the City Clerk to provide public notice of the public hearing to consider the proposed assessments for the construction of a bank stabilization project within the Creekside subdivision in the City (I.D. No. 03-190);
