1. 2003 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant – U.S. Department of Justice in the amount of $31,788, requiring a local match of $3,532;
2. Contract – Intergraph Public Safety for Software Maintenance Services for the Intergraph Public Safety Records Management System, using Police Technology funds in the amount of $24,581.25;
3. Change Order No. 3 – Intergraph Public Safety for removal of the AFIS portion of the Records Management System contract;
4. Agreement – Animal Haven for Animal Services.

Announced that the regularly scheduled Public Works meeting on September 24, 2003, will begin one hour early, at 6:30 p.m.
Accepted bid from Lan-Tel Communications Services, Inc., for the Base Design and Alternate A, in the amount of $159,054, for closed circuit television (CCTV) installation, Phase 1.
Approved proposal with HNTB Corporation for additional services, in the amount of $83,300 for the Santa Fe Drive, from 80th Street to 83rd Street, project.
NONAGENDA ITEM: Approved New Drinking Establishment License for BTS Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Ricco’s, 11801 College, Krisanne C. Brentano, manager.
Approved Ordinance No. PCF-2455, relating to petty cash funds for use by the Fire Training Center located at 12401 Hemlock, and for use by the Fire Department administrative offices located at 9550 West 95th Street.
Approved the following Planning Commission Consent Agenda items, as stipulated:
