- Amendment to agreement between Fire Department and Med-Act to reduce amount of shared monies the City would pay to Med-Act as a result of the 2002 agreement;
- Agreement with Oak Park Investment, L.P., for lease of space at Oak Park Mall for a police substation in the annual amount of $100;
- Ordinance No. TC-1260, YY, regulations for vehicle impoundment for individuals driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, unattended motor vehicles, and additional lighting on vehicles;

- Resolution No. 3345, directing the City Clerk to provide public notice of the public hearing to consider the proposed assessments for the installation of retaining walls and incidental grading, excavation, and construction to help stabilize existing bank slope and minimize future bank erosion in order to help protect four properties located along the east bank of a tributary to Tomahawk Creek. - Resolution No. 3346, directing the City Clerk to provide notice of the public hearing to consider the proposed assessment for the installation of approximately 70 lineal feet of rock shear key as well as incidental grading, construction and restoration to improve bank stability and help protect a property located along the east bank of a tributary of Tomahawk Creek. (Improvement District No. 02-187;
