The UDO is Chapter 18 of the city's municipal code

In addition to being available online, it also can be purchased in book form at the Planning counter on the second floor of City Hall, 8500 Santa Fe Drive (map) for $15.14.

Policy guidelines, such as the Master Plan, Land Use Intensity System, Multifamily Design Guidelines, and Shopping Center Design Guidelines, supplement the UDO.
