You must obtain a temporary permit to sell CMB* at special events. Temporary permits are good for three days.
Fee: $75 ($25 of which goes to the State)

There are three different applications, depending upon the entity of the applicant(.pdf file):
Along with an application, you must provide:
- A diagram describing the premises and/or property where CMB will be sold, served, dispensed or consumed.
- A description of security measures.

*CMB includes any fermented but undistilled liquor brewed or made from malt or a mixture of malt and/or malt substitute that does not contains more than 3.2% alcohol by weight.
