Up to three political signs may be placed on each privately owned lot or adjacent to the lot between the sidewalk and the street. Such signs shall be placed only when the property owner has granted permission.

In residential areas, signs are limited to 3 square feet in area per face. In commercial or industrial areas, signs shall not exceed 32 square feet in area per face.

Political signs are not permitted in street medians or highway interchanges, and are not allowed in or adjacent to public parks or City facilities.

Political signs relating to a specific election must be removed within 24 hours after the close of the voting.
