Overland Park is known for its beautiful and vibrant neighborhoods, due to the investments made by its residents and business community. If you have any property code concerns regarding a home or business, please submit them using this form. This form can be used to report property maintenance, zoning, nuisance, swimming pool, spa and restaurant code violations.

Staff is prohibited by ordinance and by policy from recording or acting upon anonymous reports. If you would like us to take action on your report we must have your name and address; your phone number or e-mail helps tremendously in case we have any questions or can't locate your concern.
