The Planning and Development Services Department inspects construction projects at each stage of construction to provide for protection of the public and to ensure compliance with the adopted codes regulating construction.
Inspections are performed for a variety of commercial and residential permits including buildings, grading and site development, traffic control devices, storm water drainage, public streets, signs, fences, towers and other similar construction projects.
