Letters
Documentation of requirements on residential lots once
they are released for permitting. Codes letters are also written for duplex
units on commercial projects. Requirements shown in the Codes Letter include
foundation investigation and Engineering Services inspection. Questions

Plot
Plan Requirements (.pdf file)
Includes the requirements for plot plans, both engineered and
non-engineered. Engineered plot plans are required if the Codes Letter specifies
"Engineering Services Inspection Required." The handout contains
an example of each type of plot plan.
