Through a new initiative to coordinate projects submitted through the development process, Therese Lyons now acts as a Development Coordinator.

The primary responsibility of the Development Coordinator is to track projects as they flow through the development and inspection process. This person is the key point of contact for clients that need information on reviews, scheduling, issuance of permits, pre-construction and pre-occupancy meetings.

Pre-construction meetings will assist in explaining critical inspection issues, time frames, erosion control measures and permit conditions stipulations.
