When the snow and ice hit, we have you covered.

GRAY Main operations have stopped; crews are monitoring and responding to reports of verifiable slick spots.
WHITE A storm is imminent within the next 1-4 hours; entire shift of on-duty trucks may load with material and station at beginning of routes.
BLUE Strong possibility of snow or ice conditions within the next 12-24 hours; equipment preparation underway; shifts notified of when to report; first responders may begin pre-treating bridges.
YELLOW Possible snow or ice predicted within 24-72 hours; snow duty employees and contractors advised to plan accordingly.
GREEN No adverse winter weather forecasted for the next 24-96 hours.
