• Activities and Recreation Program is an employee organization that sponsors and organizes charitable events and a variety of other entertainment and recreational opportunities.
  
  
• Corporate Challenge is a month-long Olympic-style athletic competition pitting area employers against each other for the purpose of raising money for local charities.
  
  
• Direct Deposit is a free service for electronically delivering employees' payroll funds to the bank(s) of their choice each payday.
  
  
• Employee Assistance Program is a program designed to provide employees and their families with assistance in dealing with personal issues that may be affecting their lives.
  
  
• Overland Park Credit Union provides access and membership to city of Overland Park employees.
  
  
• Service Award Program provides recognition and rewards to employees every five years for completion of continuous service. (Full-time employees only)
  
  
• Suggestion Connection is an employee recognition program that recognizes and rewards suggestions to improve operations and services.
