Owners of single family, duplex or tri-plex rental properties are required by city ordinance to register their property with the city.
The information gathered during the registration process is used to locate single family, duplex and tri-plex rental properties as well as to provide contact information on the individuals who own the property should the city need to contact them.
The yearly fee is $10 for the first rental unit and $2 for each additional unit.
The yearly fee (Jan. 1-Dec. 31) is due on or before Dec. 31. After Dec. 31, a penalty of $20 per property will be added for late payments.
