Permits for commercial and residential buildings, land disturbance and site development are issued by Permit Services following the submission of appropriate construction documents and the completion of plan reviews.
Staff will collect the appropriate fees and verify compliance with contractor licensing requirements (additional permit requirements).
Project files for each permit, including correspondence and inspection reports are maintained by address and available online.
