Convention & Visitors Bureau Committee - Boards and Commissions
The Overland Park Convention & Visitors Bureau Committee promotes and markets Overland Park as a destination for conventions, meetings and tourism.
The committee has 25 members - 11 of whom are hotel and motel industry owners or business operators located within the city - who are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Members serve two-year terms.
Meetings generally are held at 7:30 a.m., the first Thursday of every month in the Overland Park Convention and Visitors Bureau Offices in Corporate Woods, 9001 W. 110th St., Suite 100. The public is welcome. For more information, call 913-491-0123.
